Armor’s office manager is Mrs. Kathy, April’s own sweet mom! Kathy worked in the field of steel drafting for forty years until her retirement, and a few years later, she filled a need that Armor had for a part-time office manager. She does an enormous amount of work behind the scenes – data entry, insurance verifications, accounts payable, BuilderTrend upkeep, and much more. She is always eager to help streamline Armor’s processes, and the company is more efficient because of the work that she does to keep all the plates spinning. Kathy enjoys riding her motorcycle with her husband and friends, spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and working in her yard.

Fun fact: Kathy is a self-described “health freak.”
